Coordinator Positions 2017-2018

Website Coordinator: Carolyn Graeper

Carolyn is a senior from Beaverton, OR working towards a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Art, as part of the Honors Business Program. She has been a member of Women in Business since her sophomore year, and most enjoys hearing from inspiring guest speakers at every meeting. Carolyn is excited for another year with WIB and looks forward to building new relationships in the group. Outside of school, she enjoys going to Duck football games, skiing whenever she gets the chance, and trying new ice cream flavors at Salt & Straw.

Coordinator: Makayla Herbert

Makayla is a freshman from Pleasanton, California. She is pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Spanish Language and Culture. As a new member of Women in Business, she is excited to take advantage of workshops, site visits, and advice from guest speakers. Also, as a new coordinator, she plans to organize many fundraisers, community service opportunities, and club socials for members. Outside of WIB, Makayla is an active member of her sorority who also holds the position of chapter correspondent. She enjoys exploring new places in Eugene, spending time with friends, and attending Duck athletic games.

Coordinator: Gracie Schafer

Gracie is a sophomore pursuing a Business Administration major, and is planning to concentrate in Marketing and minor in Media Studies. She would love to have a career that incorporates her interests in marketing and media, such as social media marketing or special event and campaign marketing. She has been involved in WIB since last winter, and being in a coordinator position this year allows her to be even more included in all of the events and opportunities that WIB offers. She was able to attend this year’s Seattle and LA/Orange County site visits and they were both incredible networking and bonding experiences. Aside from Women in Business, Gracie works as a research assistant to Dr. Aparna Sundar- a marketing professor at the University of Oregon. Outside of academics, she is a huge Disney nerd and has a passion for travel.
